At 10PointZero Limited, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we offer only replacement of defective products that you have purchased from us. This Return and Shipping Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about your right to return and receive a refund/replacement for products purchased on our website as well as describes the procedure, rules and guidelines relating to the return and refund for the products purchased on our website.
Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the return or our shipping process
1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We offer exchange, replacement and repairs of damaged products based on client request. If the product you purchased from us is damaged or does not function properly, you may be entitled to a replacement or repair.
2. EXCHANGE
We offer exchange for the products purchased if:
- The product is defective or the wrong item was shipped to you
Customers may be eligible for a refund provided that:
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged or broken at the time of return.
- The product will be returned with the receipt issued for its purchase.
If the above conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to reject the return for exchange or replacement.
3. EXCEPTIONS
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns for replacement or exchange:
- You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the product.
- You misused or mishandled the product in such a way that caused damage to the product.
- You were aware or notified of the problems with the product before making the purchase.
- You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.
4. DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you discover that the product you purchased from us is damaged during delivery:
- report the damage to us within: Three (3) working days upon discovery;
- ensure that that the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packaging it was when it was received;
- we will organize for the repair and/or replacement of the damaged product provided the damaged product is returned within the following period: 7 working days following your receipt of the product.
5. RETURNS
If the product is being returned for repairs or replacement, we will bear the shipping costs of collection of the product from the nearest point and sending it back to you after repairs or replacement.
6. HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
Products may be returned as follows:

– Name of Item
– Reason for Return
Products may be returned within: 7 working days following your receipt of the product. Returns are to be sent to the following address:

Replacments/Exchange is issued at our discretion as we may reject, replace or repair damaged products.

10PointZero offers 1-3 business days as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. We offer Pay On Delivery and Ship to all states within Nigeria. From Monday – Saturday, all orders are processed as soon as your order is confirmed. Shipping is dependent on your selected method of shipping. Below are a list of or shipping options and partners.
